These Terms of Use, made available online by KRONO, apply to agreements and other legal relationships between the Seller and the Customer with respect to the use of the Website, including the purchase and sale of Products on or via the Website.

Before using this Website, you must read these Terms carefully, alongside our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

Order Procedure: The Customer selects the desired model and color, adds the Product to the cart, completes shipping details at checkout, verifies billing details, selects a payment method, and completes payment.

Order Confirmation: The Customer receives an initial order receipt via email. Please note: this initial email confirms receipt of the order request, not immediate acceptance of funds or order fulfillment. If an incorrect email address is provided, communication regarding order status and tracking cannot be delivered.

Discount Codes & Store Credit: Personal discount codes are single-use only and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Where free shipping store credit is issued for a return, shipping cost coverage applies only to the primary return exchange.

Order Rejection: KRONO reserves the right to reject an Order if customer information is incomplete or inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, delivery cannot be completed to the provided destination, or in cases of obvious clerical pricing errors.

Fulfillment Timeframe: Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days.

Delivery Address: Delivery will be executed to the destination address specified during checkout. The Seller holds no liability for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate address input.

Transfer of Risk: The risk of damage or loss transfers to the Customer upon physical delivery of the Product.

Customs & Non-EU Shipments: For international orders delivered outside the European Union, the Buyer remains responsible for import duties, border VAT, and local customs fees under standard international logistics protocols.

Currency & Pricing: Prices listed on the Website are denominated in EUR (with localized estimates available for browsing). Orders are processed in EUR at checkout.

Price Adjustments: KRONO reserves the right to amend catalog pricing without prior notification. The valid price for any transaction is the price confirmed at checkout.

Payment Settlement: Payment must be cleared in advance via approved checkout providers before order processing and dispatch.

Right of Withdrawal: Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Condition of Goods: Returned items must remain unworn with protective tags intact. Customers are liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the jewelry.

Return Notice: Before dispatching returns, Customers must notify customer support at support.krono.jewelry@gmail.com to obtain return instructions and authorization.

Quality Assurance: KRONO crafts jewelry using 316L Surgical Stainless Steel. If a manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery, please contact our support desk with photo verification.

Product Deviations: Minor variations in hand-finished polish, weight, or engraving tone do not constitute defects.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRONO shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item.

The Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, border delays, labor strikes, global carrier bottlenecks, or power infrastructure failures.

Intellectual Property: All visual assets, product imagery, text, branding, and logos displayed on www.kronojewelry.com are proprietary property of KRONO. Duplication, crawling, or unauthorized commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Account Integrity: You are responsible for preserving credentials and password security related to your store account.

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform. Western Bid, Inc. serves as the authorized Merchant of Record for transactions executed in this store. The descriptor "WESTERN BID" will appear as the billing identifier on your payment card or PayPal statements.
